Clients of our Family Support Services Whanganui Trust have the following rights

To have access to our services without charge
To be given clear information about FSSWT services
To withdraw from our services
To have your family’s information kept private

EXCEPTIONS : Confidentiality cannot be kept if :

a young person is being abused or is at risk of being abused

anyone is at risk of harming themselves or others

To know what information is held about you and who it is shared with
To request a copy of any information held about you

Please contact the Manager

To request a worker and/or agency that is culturally appropriate for you and your family
To request another FSSWT worker if you feel the one assigned does not meet your family’s needs
To complain if you are unhappy with our service
